We offer a complete refund or exchange of any item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to report any issues to us via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue in your email.
It's been awhile...what do I do if I haven't received my order?
If you do not receive your item(s) within 30 days of receiving a shipment confirmation email, we can offer you a full refund or replacement. Email us at email@example.com to let us know that your item was never delivered.
What do I do if I want to change something about my order?
In the event that you would like to change the contents of your order, please email us before your item(s) ship. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges of items that have already shipped from our San Francisco office.
If you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before your item ships, we will gladly update your order details. For example, if you would like to switch out an item (i.e. shirt size, print selection, etc.) or change your address, we will make the change prior to shipping.
If we hear from you after your order ships, we will only ship your new item(s) once you have shipped the incorrect one(s) back to us, or – in the case of an incorrect address – after your misdelivered order is returned to us. Contact us at email@example.com with any additional questions.
