Yes! We ship internationally to Asia, Africa, Australia, Canada, the EU, and South America. All international packages will be shipped using USPS First-Class International.
We ship everything directly from our office in San Francisco, and are unable to negotiate lower prices for overseas shipping. If you have concerns about shipping costs, please note that it's something we plan to keep working on.
Note: The address you provide will be the address to which we ship your order. If the address is not in English, we may attempt to translate it. This may create an inaccurate address. It is your responsibility to provide us with the address that will best ensure a safe delivery.
How much will it cost to ship my item(s)?
We provide a shipping calculator in your online shopping cart for exact shipping costs. Shipping rates vary by destination.
We fulfill all orders Monday thru Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm PST. It is currently taking us up to five business days to process an order once it has been placed. Shipping time is dependent on the shipping service selected, but domestic orders generally take 5-7 days, and international orders generally take 2-3 weeks.
You will receive an automated email with your tracking information once the order has shipped.
Items signed by team members may take an extra week to fill, as we go through the process of signing.

Will I get charged customs/import duties on my order?
While we do our best to make sure that no country would have to put a customs charge on your package, unfortunately, we do not have final say. It is up to your country's import regulations to impose additional fees or import duties on packages.
If you have received a charge other than what you paid for the item and its shipping fees through our site, we recommend that you contact your local customs agent to get more information on the charge or import duty.
