Yes! We ship internationally to Asia, Africa, Australia, Canada, the EU, and South America. All international packages will be shipped using USPS First-Class International.
We ship everything directly from our warehouse in the Bay Area, and are unable to negotiate lower prices for overseas shipping. Please be aware that USPS shipping prices have raised this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Note: The address you provide will be the address to which we ship your order. If the address is not in English, we may attempt to translate it. This may create an inaccurate address. It is your responsibility to provide us with the address that will best ensure a safe delivery.
How much will it cost to ship my item(s)?
We provide a shipping calculator in your online shopping cart for exact shipping costs. Shipping rates vary by destination.
We fulfill all orders Monday thru Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm PST. It is currently taking us up to five business days to process an order once it has been placed. Please be aware it can take an additional week if we are handling large order volumes, as during sales.
Shipping time is dependent on the shipping service selected, but domestic orders generally take 5-7 days, and international orders generally take 2-3 weeks.
For any pre-order items, please refer to their store page listing for shipping estimate. Any items ordered alongside a pre-order item will ship when all items in the order are available.
You will receive an automated email with your tracking information once the order has shipped.

Will I get charged customs/import duties on my order?
While we do our best to make sure that no country would have to put a customs charge on your package, unfortunately, we do not have final say. It is up to your country's import regulations to impose additional fees or import duties on packages.
If you have received a charge other than what you paid for the item and its shipping fees through our site, we recommend that you contact your local customs agent to get more information on the charge or import duty.
